Rimmel's lasting finish 25 hour foundation review-
I bought this foundation having not heard anything about it. Before I tried it out I looked on the Boots website at the comments and was disappointed at what people were saying but seen as I had already bought it I thought i'd give it a go.
I don't usually use liquid foundation as I feel I have oily skin and liquid foundation tends to 'run off my face'. I thought the foundation gave good coverage and was easy to build up therefore giving a light coating or heavy coating if necessary. One of the things I found disapointing with it which many Boots customers complained about is the sticky |
feeling it left on your face after applying it. This meant I had to wait a while to apply powder as I made sure it had dried to avoid the powder sticking to certain areas.
As to wether it lasted longer than other foundations.. I'm not sure sure I saw a massive difference. It came in a range of shades making it easier to find the right colour, i chose the lightest - 100 Ivory as i have very light skin. I will continue to use this foundation once in a while but probably won't buy it again.
In most stores it costs £7.99 however I managed to get it for £5.00 which shows you can find bargins!
